8. Water, Water, Everywhere

Man can’t survive without water, so it’s a good thing that Burlington has such an expansive waterfront!  There are beautiful beaches where you can spread out a blanket and soak up the sun or sail the waters of Lake Ontario.

The Brant Street Pier (currently under construction) will let visitors feel like they’re walking on water as the pier extends 132 meters from the shore. Offering fantastic views of the waterfront and dock space for recreational and tour boats, the Brant Street Pier is sure to be a great addition to Burlington’s shoreline.

And if beaches aren’t your cup of tea, take a dip in the Strata Condominium’s luxurious rooftop pool, which has amazing views of Lake Ontario.

But don’t think that the waterfront fun ends when summer does. Come winter, Rotary Centennial Pond is the perfect place to go ice-skating (don’t forget to treat yourself to a rich hot chocolate to warm up). In January you can celebrate Winter on the Waterfront as talented artists carve sculptures out of ice.

No matter what the season, the Burlington waterfront has something for everyone to enjoy.  Learn more about what makes Burlington great by exploring more of the MyBurlingtonCondo.com website!
